General Cancellation Conditions

Free Cancellation Period: Reservations can be canceled free of charge within the first 48 hours after booking, unless the check-in date is less than 15 days away.
Late Cancellations: After the first 48 hours, cancellations will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total reservation cost.
Final Payment: 14 days before arrival: The remaining 50% balance will be automatically charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking, in accordance with the established payment conditions.


How to Cancel Your Reservation

Online Cancellation: Reservations can be canceled directly through our website. Simply log in to your account, navigate to your bookings, and select the cancellation option.
Confirmation Email: After completing the cancellation process, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you do not receive it, please contact us immediately for assistance.
