During the rainy season, our large screens provide both shelter and privacy from the rain and the surroundings.

Our lockable bedrooms feature large windows and plenty of natural light. Drift off while enjoying the breeze, thanks to the fan and the screened windows. Although air conditioning is available in the bedrooms, it runs on solar energy and therefore cannot operate all night. The house is beautifully designed to ensure natural air circulation, so the rooms remain cool while you sleep.

You will have access only to the lower level of the Casa. The pool is communal and for the use of all occupants of the property. Upper-level guests will be allowed to access the pool between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Lower-level guests reserve the right to privacy before and after these hours. The pool is located in the immediate vicinity of the open living area of the lower villa. If this makes you uncomfortable, we do not recommend using this space. Upper-level guests are not permitted to access your living area. We have large shaded areas that can be used for additional privacy.

Casa Nuez is an open house spread over 3 levels. You will have access to the entire property. Our full Villa experience offers you complete privacy, limited noise restrictions, and a full home to enjoy with friends or family.

The pool is communal and available for the use of all residents of the property. Upper-level guests will be allowed to access the pool between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Lower-level guests reserve the right to privacy before and after these hours. The open living area on the lower level (comprising the dining area, lounge, and dining room) is exclusively reserved for lower-level guests and remains private property when not rented.
