By making a reservation through our website or via direct booking, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

General Reservation and Cancellation Conditions
All reservations made through our website or via direct booking are non-refundable (NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE RATE).

Free cancellations are not allowed for reservations made through our website or direct bookings.
After check-in, if you cancel one or more nights, there will be no refund for the canceled nights.
We offer a one-time date change free of charge, subject to availability. This change can be applied to the same room category or a different one, provided the rate is the same or the guest covers the price difference.

⚠️ This modification option is not available during the high season.

⚠️IMPORTANT!!!
CHECK-IN (PLEASE SPECIFY YOUR ARRIVAL TIME AS CLOSELY AS POSSIBLE)

The reception at FyV is available in the mornings from 8 AM, and for breakfast (WE DO NOT HAVE 24-HOUR RECEPTION).

Check-in is at 2 PM, and check-out is at 12 PM.
If necessary, you can leave your luggage at reception and wait in the common areas.
You will be given a wristband as a guest; please wear it during your stay.
In case of loss, a key costs $300.
We have DJ music from 10 AM to 10 PM.
No visitors are allowed.
No pets.
No children.

RESTAURANT
Café Olé is open from 8 AM to 10 PM.
You can order from our Café Olé restaurant at the reception; please provide your name and room number.
We can serve you in the lounge and pool area.

ROOMS
Please be careful when closing the doors.
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.
We do not offer room service, but we can deliver your order to the lounge or pool area.
Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when you are not in the room. Close the water taps properly. Close the window and door when using the room.
Let’s take care of our planet.
If you require room cleaning, please request it at reception with your key, ideally before 11 AM or the day before.
To ensure your privacy within our facilities, avoid bringing visitors; we want to respect each guest's space and rest.
Please do not throw toilet paper in the toilet or leave trash in common areas. We have waste containers in each area.

LAUNDRY
We offer laundry service.
The price per kilo is $50.
Please request it at the reception before 11 AM to receive it the same day.
You can request pool towels at reception and return them at the end of your stay to avoid daily washing. This way, we save water.

ENTRANCE
Please keep the entrance properly closed when entering and leaving after 10 PM.
We ask for silence after 11 PM.
Please rinse your feet and body of sand before entering the room; we have showers in the pool area.

POOL
FOR GUESTS ONLY
The pool area is open from 8 AM to 10 PM.
SILENCE during the night (10:00 PM to 8 AM).
Please help us keep the pool water clean by rinsing your body and feet before entering.
Our pool is not designed for jumping or diving; the plants do not like chlorine.

If you do not respect these rules, we will request your immediate departure without any refund.
Staying at Casa Frutas y Verduras is an experience of peace and good vibes.
We will appreciate it if you help maintain the magic of the space.
