HŌMpxm.com is the official booking platform for Casa Madrina, La Petite Casa, and Casa Loulette. The same cancellation policy applies to all reservations made through this platform. If the casas have different owners, it is confirmed that they approve the application of these rules.
General Cancellation Conditions
Free Cancellation Period: Reservations can be canceled free of charge within the first 48 hours after booking, unless the check-in date is less than 15 days away.
Late Cancellations: After the first 48 hours, cancellations will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total reservation cost.
Final Payment: Guests must pay the remaining 50% two weeks (14 days) before the check-in date.
